This post is about scrapbooking challenges - as in things that are difficult rather than a sketch or a prompt. This was the topic of the most recent Paperclipping Roundtable : The Confession Show.
Maybe my biggest challenge in scrapbooking is: FINISHING MINI BOOKS!
I love to start them, I love to work on them to a point, and then I'm on to the next thing leaving behind a trail of half-finished mini-books.
Here is my half-finished Mini-Book of a weekend trip to Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral last summer:
In restrospect I wish I would have:
1. Made a smaller home-made smash book - this one has way too many pages - and I even pulled out 10 pages!
2. Journaled during the trip - I brought this one and started it while we were on the trip and I intended to write things down in it during the trip but didn't - I wish I would have!
3. Pasted the photos in faster - as in closer to the time we got back from the trip- because I think I would have been more motivated to finish it.
What do you do to finish mini books?
