I got the chance to take a class from Mou Saha at Whim So Doodle in downtown St. Pete. I'm not sure what the title of the class was, but we made 2 layouts with products from Faber Castell. This page was made with lots of layers of things like die cuts, sewing patterned paper, and other bits of paper and then adding inks and pastels and all sorts of colors.
I'm not sure I followed the directions exactly or if I'm happy with my end result - it looks a bit messy to me, which I know is the point. It was interesting to play with the new products and to see how the colors interacted and how layering of stuff creates visual interest.
