I saw this idea of "Photo Friday" on another blog and thought I hadn't done this in a while maybe I'll start again:
1. It is March in Florida which means we start going to the beach again in the evening to watch the sunset some nights:
It is fun to see that my kids still like to play in the sand together.
2. Mac turned 11 last month but wanted a very low key birthday party (as usual) and I didn't get a ton of pictures, but here is one:
3. My daughter was becoming a bit of a sassy pants and I had to give her a big attitude adjustment - and it turns out she loves to scrub the inside of the freezer (which was her punishment) and we've been good ever since, attitude officially adjusted!
4. I put a huge stack of scrapbook layouts from the past 2 months into albums - these are my current albums that I keep downstairs - my upstairs Library of Memories is just about full - which means I now make "zones" of albums - ie. all the ancestry albums over on this book shelf; all the Christmas albums over here, etc. but the basic Library is still intact. Truth is - the whole system needs a little more attention and I dream of someday having a room that is lined with bookshelves big enough to fit 12x12 albums. Yep, filing that under "next house" - of course I have a Pinterest board called just that!
5. Its been a week of loving to hear myself talk. I was so thrilled to be included on my favorite scrapbooking podcast "The Paperclipping Roundtable" and I am loving reading all the comments over there - I think people liked the show which is so good to hear! I was so thrilled to be on - (did I mention that? oh yeah, I probably did about 10 gazillion times - really, really fun stuff.)
Ok that's all the pictures for now - I'm thinking this Photo Friday is an easy and good idea - because now I can place a print order.
How often do you print your photos for scrapbooking?
