I love a grid layout to get a lot of photos used on one page - in this case, I had lots of flower photos from when I took a photography class back in 2008 or 2009. This layout was a good way to get them out of the storage bin and onto a page.
This past issue of Masterful Scrapbook Design was all about using grids to create scrapbook layouts. I love grids because they can look so different and they are so easy to accomplish.
This layout was made of seven 3.75 x 3.75 photos and one longer 3.75 photo that I just didn't have the heart to crop all the way into a square - I would have had to sacrifice my cute little kid's head or feet - and this is an older picture and I just didn't want to make it any smaller - so it was ok to deviate a bit from the grid.
I even had space for a little note.
Supply stash busted: Some of those metal circle frames and epoxy stickers.
