They say you can't maintain the emotions of fear and gratitude at the same time, so being grateful makes you more happy and makes you more brave and more fearless. November is the perfect time for gratitude journaling. I'll be posting some of my journals from the past few years and my new ideas on this topic shortly. 20. Glitzy Gratitude
Ok scrapbookers, that should be a good start for your gratitude journey if you choose to take it. But don't spend too much time surfing - spend more time actually making your gratitude journal and at the least just writing down what you are grateful for everyday, if we all did this consistently, the world would be a better place. That's not just fluff, I really believe that. Peace.
